App need a major overhaul

Edessa2

The program is good but the app is worthless. I wish that Real Appeal would just partner with UA MyFitnessPal and be done with it. @real appeal: your customers success with your program is only as good as the tools you provide them.

Great Companion to Program

Katcruiser

The app works well with the program as everything is in one place. The coach is able to view your tracking and offer suggestions. Tracking is easy with barcode scanner, copy from previous days, quick add, favorites and recipe builder. The built in search items continues to grow as well. The videos are available and viewable in landscape, workbooks and other materials are loaded as well. This allows you to look ahead at resources as needed. Overall, the app is comprehensive for a weight loss tool and pairs well with the program.

Not for iPad

Stitchin'

This is an iPhone version only, so I have to use my iPad in portrait mode and only 1/3 of the screen is used. It will not enlarge at all. The only way I can read the documents (they will not zoom) is to go to my safari browser, which I’d be happy to use ALL the time but the dashboard forces me to the app. I uninstalled the app and it forces me to the App Store! Making changes, like customizing calories, is really hard. I have to go to my android phone for that. For just entering items and checking my dashboard it’s okay, but why oh why can’t I use a screen that is big enough to actually see and use!

Could be better

Minimac63

I enjoy the coaching sessions and each coach I have had has been great and good at motivating the group. You have to be on wifi to have a good connection and I can only get it to stay connected on my phone. If I use computer it drops me from the session saying I’m connected to another device. The other frustrating part is it doesn’t work with Apple Watch. So I use this for the coaching and I use Lose It! to track my meals and activity.

Not compatible?

JayTee_v2

I have Apple devices and the program does not seem compatible. My MacBook gives a message that it won’t support it. iPhone App works a bit but keeps glitching and data can’t be entered. Sounded like an interesting program but I can’t seem to even get the basic app functions to work.

Too much missing

mrowe14

Not ready for business. Can’t connect to anything but the Fitbit. Would be useful to connect to Apple Watch, iPhone and other trackers. Would be nice to synch to My Fitness PAL and other apps so we don’t have to double record. The video was choppy and not the best quality. Great idea, keep working on the tech.

Horrible

roxyhoboken

I was so ready and convinced, only to be let down by. This malfunction app...

Ok for program but has bugs

PatioM

Library of foods to track often has nutritional info different from packaging. Scanning bar codes can sometimes result in getting the wrong food items. Workable app but bugs like these make it higher effort to use than it should be. Doesn’t have the ability to track info for future days (menu planning). Library setup is clunky (have to remember or scroll through weeks to find past items). Library material should be optimized for the app and not just a pdf of the paper variety, especially the 1st week guides.

Needs work

rmagley

This is very annoying app does work to a certain extent. I think I really hate about it is that I have to login every single time I open it. The calorie counter works pretty well. I have almost nothing in the exercise section for CrossFit but I guess you can add it yourself. My main complaint is that they also keep texting me and again I have to log in on the website rather than link into the app.

Pretty good app, getting better

I had the problem with sound as well. Seem to have bee solved by deleting the app, turning off the phone, then reinstalling the app
