Its ok but i think there should be ones that go a little faster cause these dont go up hills good ill pay more for one that goes fast


Designated parking shows up as no go zone in app

I tried to use Razor at Point Defiance park near the marina. The scooters were parked in a city’s designated zone for shared scooters within the boxes. But that area was marked NO GO in the app. So as soon as I unlocked the scooter it showed up in the red area on the map.

Multiple times I would scan a scooter and it says “scooter not found”. Once I get one throttle stops working out of nowhere. Had to restart app 3 times before “Rode history” page opened so I can request refund. Just terrible


Rip off: do not use this app or their scooters

First time using the app and system. Not only did they not notify me that they would be a $10 up charge just for starting up and using their product, but when I did use the scooter it kept stalling on me no matter where I went it kept saying “you’ve gone too far turn back”. I was charged $6.95 for the under fifteen minute ride time I used, plus the $10 starter see They basically robbed my family and I of $16+ each for using this app. They access your Apple Pay information or PayPal information and charge you for a service that is unreliable and deceptive.I didn’t even give them that payment information to begin with and they took the liberty of accessing it and charging me unknowingly. I didn’t even find out about the $10 fee until I check my bank account later on. When I contacted customer services, they simply gave me this automated email back, “ We appreciate your interest in our Razor Ride share program. If you would prefer to speak with a live representative, our Customer Support team is available 24-7 and can be reached at 833-527-8645.”.

I had to end the ride as it kept stopping and was at a 50% battery life when I got it, thinking I can exchange it at the next station I took it. The time it took me to “ride” was stalling the whole time, my original ride time was just 5 minutes and it took me 15 minutes to get to the next station. Is not worth it, will not get it ever again. This 15 minute use was almost $18 dollars. I would like a refund.

Don’t get suckered into it. Didn’t even let me get a refund when our 90% charged bike wouldn’t move

Waste of time and money who ever thought of this idea is the problem with society. You need a smartphone for each scooter/bike what if you don’t own a smartphone? Only for entitled people this is border line discrimination. The bike turned on and the shut off instantly.

I have idea what area you guys use these scooter cause these reviews are horrid but in Washington these scooters are spot on.there are always full tires no problems good brakes and I never one engine had a issue with the app. Definitely a personal issue I would say not yours. Fantastic
