This scooter is garbage. I went in the app and did all then things to set up scan the scooter and the started the ride but wait the scooter never started so I tried ending the ride, then it said you cannot end the ride in this zone. And on top of that all that was happening while they were charging in then i look in my bank account and I see that there is a $10 charge when the scooter didn’t even start. DON’T USE THIS GARBAGE.

We rented the scooters and the app said they were turned on but the throttle does not work. We parked the bikes right back where they were parked with three others, and it told us it was a no parking zone. We were charged about three dollars for each scooter for no ride at all.

They require a DL which intimidates people from poor background!

I’ve been using these scooters for a while now and all I can say is: Unreliable. Half the time the scooters are “Offline,” meaning they can’t be used, even when they appear on the map/radar and have strong battery life. I understand sometimes they are down for service needs, but then why would they appear on the radar? I’ve often walked out of my way to one only to discover I can’t use it. When I finally do manage to get one to scan the scooters are rarely usable. I’ve taken so many with flat tires, bad breaks, weak acceleration, etc. To their credit, Razor always refunds me for these bad rides when reported. I rely on these a lot for work and hate that I have to. Would gladly use an alternative service.

The razor app seems to charge much more than what you actually use. Way higher than I was expecting according to their stated rate. At least in my location
