Coupon part is horrible now

Please bring back the click button on the main screen so that we don’t have to click on each coupon and spend double the time. It’s a waste now

I love this app, but the latest update caused the coupon clicking to be painfully slow. Please fix.

If I was to go to the market paying Uber, I would pay more than what I am paying on delivery. So I really appreciate this service! Thank you!
2months brokien no fix?

i try to use this and its frozen at privacy note. looking at the reviews its been like this for two months?? I will shop elsewhere until fixed
Update causes crashing

This app was great before but after the update my app constantly crashes or the coupons “disappear” as I scroll down to view them - happens every time I use it.
Fix the coupons!

It would be nice if they would fix the coupons since the last update broke them. Especially since the coupons are the only thing I use this app for. Especially since there’s no point doing my grocery shopping at Ralph’s without said coupons.
Can’t find my store

I was forced to get new app and had to load it on my X. Old iPhone no longer could access app so I deleted it. I tried to change my store by zip code but closest store on the list was almost 9 miles away. It would not find the store 0.4 mi away. Isn’t that kind of basic. Also the screens and sub screens jump around and change with their own agenda. Good grief, the app worked fine until this fabulous upgrade. If this continues to be a problem, I always have Albertsons close by. At least I can plan shopping and keep coupons for my store. Oh, I was able to find my store with some finagling but could not over ride the store chosen for me, Citrus something. Is that even in my state!?

I love shopping at RalphS and the Ralph’s app is so nicely put together and has so much detail. Makes it very easy for customers and makes me a happy shopper knowing I can find everything easily. Only thing I would change is when I make my grocery list I wish to see the total of it ! I know that had this once before and now it isn’t there. Hopefully comes back with some new updates !!
