Hard to save videos now

Please change the ability to save the videos from within the chat. Now you have to go to the chat, tap on media, and save the videos through there. It’s too long of a process. Please change it back to within the chat by taping on the video itself. Thank you.

What happened to Viber? You have a big bug, the phones get hot when using Viber and all of a sudden the program closes. This is not a problem from one person, but I am messaging on behalf of several people. Several times we had to uninstall Viber and reinstall because the program was closed every 10 seconds.

Getting cut off every 6 minutes

Hi, it’s been two days since my video calls get cut off every 6 minutes. Why? How can I fix this?

I like the reaction feature but the hearth displayed all time is annoying i prefer the way that other apps are using like messenger and instagram, they only display the reaction if there’s any. thanks guy ??

Viber update doesn’t work since Dec,25th 2021.

I tried everything, iPhone restart, deleting and reinstalling app, checked all settings, and nothing helps. Still have to open Viber to get all my messages updated. Please fix it!
