Please fix the bug that after a short time Viber is simply cutting it self down, it is not possible to normally write a message or call someone. It happens on my iPhone 11 and 12, and my 2 iPad

I changed phones and tried to log in, ended up having my account blocked because of “suspicious activity” with a reply that “it cannot be unblocked”. What kind of system is that? You have been in the market for such a long time and you still haven’t learned even basics. First off, when people contact you for support, you try to help resolve the issue! Secondly, you should’ve learned by now that some people MUST use VPN in order to be able to use your app and that doesn’t mean they are spammers or conducting suspicious activities. You are literally cutting people off from family and friends!

A week after account was opened, I was unable to send text messages. I deleted the app & downloaded once more but when I tried registering my phone# I got this message! I tried contacting tech support but ZERO response whatsoever!!! Can someone plz help? Hello, Your number was blocked on Viber because it was reported as a source of spam or as a result of unusual activity. The account has been automatically added to a block list and can not be unblocked. No further information is available at this time. Please do not reply to this e-mail.
