I cannot receive/send VM, pictures, videos and gifs. Only text works. The recipient (Android user) is having no issues and is showing all of the above going through successfully, but they just show a loading circle on my end. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Now I cannot even receive a code to activate the app.

I buy a new Iphone 12pro max and I have problem with viber, I can't send and receive photo and I don't see any contact photo of my friend. I think that viber must fix that bag and update a new version of Viber app

After a month of waiting to fix bug that Viber wasn't showing notifications at all on mu Iphone with last version if IOS, only when you open the application you can see that you got something, even a day before, deleted and downloaded it again but there is no way to send or receive photos or to show any pictures of my contacts in the contact list. Lot of my friends told me to install some other application but l was hoping that Viber will fix that. It seems that l really need to delete it for good.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I can't send any video or photo. I've reinstalled the app but the problem persists.

I see the not so new owner’s effort to keep up, but Viber’s original self esteem s not present anymore, the simplicity is gone and ads are in, some very inappropriate others sent in your name without your permission. This is an app that I have to use and I hate it now on two platforms, buy the way with a tone of mismatch between them. If 0 stars was available that would have been my rating. My advice for Rakuunen or whatever the company’s name is to stop and take few steps back and a couple in the right direction.

Since the last update, I can’t send videos. They appear to be original size somehow, looks like in app file compression doesn't work properly. Never had this issue before. Please fix

Appearance mode issue

Latest version released today dec 27 2021 no longer changes appearance with the device theme regardless of the setting being on. So changing to dark mode on the phone doesn’t change it in the app and vice versa. Settings are turned on without any effect.

End-to-end encryption for groups

Hi there! I really love viber and I’m using it everyday but I have some issues and concerns. First, after last a few updates (I think from update that adress back up for pictures), viber freezes for a few seconds when I open viber and I need to wait until it unblocks. Second, I really appreciate what you’ve done for viber privacy but I think viber will be much better and secure if group/community chats and calls are encrypted. I hope you will do something about that soon. Thanks
