Can’t send and receive photos

During the last few days I couldn’t send nor receive photos, videos and files. On top of that the Viber support team was at first unhelpful and then completely unresponsive to my emails.

I can’t mute an individual person only group chats. And as an admin I have no control of who joins my group nor can I see who added that person. It’s like I’m just an admin to be able to kick people out of the group. No control whatsoever. Since the begining of January 2021. my phone started lagging when opening viber and it freezes multiple times in the app whilest typing or swithching between chats or when trying to send a pic. It just freezes for like 10-20 seconds and unfreezes and also my phone started to get warm from all that viber lagging.

This is a good app but the lag time in receiving text messages is ridiculous! I’m not sure what the problem is but I hope you guys can fix it.

Unable to mute single chats on iOS 14.3

I was able to mute single contacts (not only group chats) on my android phone, but now that I switched to iOS there is literally not an option to mute a single chat. There is only an option for muting a group chat, or hiding a single chat but that is NOT the same as muting it, cause with hiding it you still get notifications from that person. Sometimes I just need to mute only one person like I was able to on my android phone, not receive any notifications from that contact, but still read the messages when I want to. I looked everywhere and tried every option and still can’t find the way to mute only one contact. If somehow there is an option to do this I will change this review to 5 stars, for now I guess that is it.

I am having a problem of sending/receiving photos and audio on viber. Is there anyway to fix that?

Since last weekend, I can't send nor receive pictures through Viber. It has all permissions granted, over 40gb of free storage. I tried reinstalling the app and deactivating my number, then again activating, but the issue remains. It seems it was introduced in last update.
