Whoops something happen

user17363636

I can not use the app because when I try to personalize or follow accounts says that and won’t let me

Hooked on challenges

ctkeene

The challenge feature where the AI helps evaluate photos and then the community rates them is addictive!

The new release is much more stable and has better AI models

spirinus

Finally, this release makes sense to me (I love the challenges feature) and the AI tags are noticeably more accurate.

Learning and this helps!!!!

Go Big Red JR

I have been trying to get better with both my iPhone and my Canon rig. We bought our rig about 12 months ago and everyone in my family is a better photographer than I am. With this app, I think I will catch up or best my family, shortly.

Now I understand all of the bad reviews.

figrin dan

Filled out all of the information to create an account and it doesn’t let me finish. The “next” button stays greyed out. Too bad.

Poor implementation

wlheller

Looked like an interesting site but the whole thing is poorly done and simplistic. The RAISE site itself (basically the back end for the app) is terribly buggy and slow. It can’t do the simplest things like tell you the number of photos you have in your account and many parts of the app seem like they have done the bare minimum for a weak proof of concept. Not something that should have ever seen the light of day with a Canon logo on it.

Great idea

treilly07

It is working for me in all areas except I cannot vote on anything I don’t have a photo in. Really buggy...hmmmm an update would be nice

Crashes and full of bugs

Genypig

First off, the app works very slow and is usually not very responsive. When I try to vote, it usually doesn’t let me open the category. If I attempt to make edits (tags, categories) to my photos, the app shuts down completely. Better off using the PC version.

Shameless data grab and unusable UI

Dr. Schil

First notice you see when you try to sign up is “all photos uploaded will be public”. Not only does Canon wants your photo data to train its AI algorithms, but it also wants to make your photos public! The app itself is typical of Canon software: barely usable and terribly clunky. They should stick to hardware.

The idea is great

canonakuser

The idea behind this app is great. The actual app is a pain to use and mine shuts down constantly. It’s extremely frustrating to use.
