Poor Performance

The idea of the app is great, however the app crashes when you open and image, I upload 50MP images taken with the 5DS R, or maybe it finds difficult to open large files, anyways for now the app still need a lot of improvement, let’s see if it gets better.
Login returns server error codes

I can’t even get the app to start it keeps telling me that there’s something went wrong when I choose to follow some of the top people it doesn’t let me go any further than that.
IOS app not so good, desktop better

The IOS app is very frustrating to use, rather use the desktop but defeats the purpose of portability. The technology when uploading and analyzing the photo seems to work well but more thought should be put in on the user end. Can be a great app but back to the drawing board on user experience. From a loyal canon user.

I’ve tried to use this app several different times and it just doesn’t work on my iPhone, and it’s brand new. First; it wouldn’t let me upload photos from my phone to the app. Second; it kept shutting down, for no reason. Third; I deleted it out of frustration a few months ago, reinstalled it today, hoping the issues would be fixed and I’m not able to log in at all. It keeps giving me an error message. Being a Photographer and a loyal Canon customer/user this makes me question where the integrity and quality of Canon is headed in the future.
