They want you money but don’t care your experience

RO is a big IP which is the main reason why I play this game. But when it has bug or other issue, the customer service basically ask me to live with it. When there is a error from the game, they ask me to take a screenshot when the game is crashed. How could I able to do that when the game already crashed. They said they are confused about the big, but I am the one should be confused and angry about this. What do you mean by you are confused? Does the player need to fix this bug for you?! Everything in this game cost you, but they won’t provide you the value you pay for. Why would I spend time to play this game then? Save your life, save your time and save your money. Don’t play this.
Lack of Disclosure on Refinement

On the refinement rules, there was no mention of possible equipment breakage while in protection threshold. I tried to argue with one of your GM that this information is not disclose on your game mechanics. I have a +9 weapon that I am trying to refine. Since it is in the protection threshold and nothing is mentioned that a breakage is possible, I continuously refined my weapon and it breaks. This is lack of disclosure is deceiving and unfair. The developers are doing bad business practice by not disclosing the information and it forces players to spend real money to have their in game broken equipment repaired. The Federal Trade Commission Act allows the FTC to act in the interest of all consumers to prevent deceptive and unfair acts or practices. In interpreting Section 5 of the Act, the Commission has determined that a representation, omission or practice is deceptiveif it is likely to: mislead consumers and affect consumers' behavior or decisions about the product or service.

Sorry about my last slightly negative review so I got past it and the game is fun but i have one request in the next update can you not make it so hard to make a group and like just make just the details to start one thanks it doesn’t have to be right now it can be in the next update if you can’t I understand if you don’t have the budget for that or something love-cuppyCakes027 <3

Like any other mobile games it’s pay2win I spent 1k in COGS wheels and it’s all garbage. Drop late is really low. updates, after sending feedback, complaints they can only say sorry? LOL after investing so much doesn’t even get you what you want. They are saying that they want to balance the server but the more money you spend on wishing the stronger you become! No chance for free to win. Make the gears accessible to everyone instead of wishing so people are able to get gears. Instead of everything is depends on luck you want your core you pay you want a 1200 dollars pet and make is stronger you pay for skills that there’s a chance to remove the other ones you want your items to be good enchant it with mora coins and will give you 5 more coins for free and cost to enchant gears 5 mora per enchants. Such a greedy devs. Don’t wast your money here. I have spent over 10k already don’t be like me……….. Update: try to refine my weapon from 14 to 15 cost me 1k dollars already and still not 15 if they have 0 I will put 0

Game is trash. The company is worse for making this atrocity. You only get 120 minutes play time a day. Have fun being behind people who spend money. Just a trash cash grab.
Looks Amazing, But I can’t get past the log in

While playing some of my favorite games- I cam across the add. Likening Mythology- The game got me intrigued . While I loaded in, I got somthing that said : Hex file corrupted. WTH dose that mean?! Plus-when it said : Log in with apple : Log in with Face Book : Log in with Google - and the log in other way thingy. I clicked the last one. BUT THEN- I got somthing that sayid: You have been disconnected.Please log in again. When I clicked it- in less than a second I got the thing again. Now I can’t get past that error page… I restarted my IPad multiple times. Still dosent work. Please tell me : What dose Hex file corrupted mean ? Why can I get in? And dose this game work on mobile?

This game is extremely p2w. They nerfed or even deleted the weapons that don’t need to be highly refined to work properly, ended up killing a class. They even deleted a whole system purely for farming so they can get more money from people. They are using the “NA version is different” excuse to further putting in more and more p2w elements. If you even dare to mention p2w in their discord, they gonna ban you instantly, i’m talking from experience. Very terrible, both ingame and discord. Stay clear of this game.

1. Took forever to download it 2. Everything was on auto pilot. I tapped on the quest window and my character moved to where it needed to go next. So there’s literally no point to the world being “free” because I’m not actually exploring. 3. The game uses up battery faster than any app I’ve ever seen. I can’t enjoy it long term knowing it’ll ruin my battery life. 4. I played the game for an hour. It needs to wow me within that time or I’m out.

The game definitely appeals to the Ragnarok PC fans back in the day; however, you will not fully enjoy the game due to the time limit of 120. Grinding for gear requires real money versus PC back in the day. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Best for nostalgia, made me go back to Ragnarok private servers on Pc.
