They want you money but don’t care your experience – Ragnarok Origin: MMORPG Online Review

RO is a big IP which is the main reason why I play this game. But when it has bug or other issue, the customer service basically ask me to live with it. When there is a error from the game, they ask me to take a screenshot when the game is crashed. How could I able to do that when the game already crashed. They said they are confused about the big, but I am the one should be confused and angry about this. What do you mean by you are confused? Does the player need to fix this bug for you?! Everything in this game cost you, but they won’t provide you the value you pay for. Why would I spend time to play this game then? Save your life, save your time and save your money. Don’t play this.
