This app has met my expectations and more when I’m out of the house. I just wish it had an Apple TV version so that I can use my PS4 on another tv in the house.

Fairly awesome app. My biggest issue is that you can’t chat online. Plus occasional hiccups and drops. If you give me mic access and no drops then you’d get 5+ stars!

When you are at home playing with the app it’s fine. It works just like it should ( however the Sony remote app is better in this regard). Playing over 4g lte is good too. The issues I am having is that every 12 to 24 hours you have to recalibrate the app by reconfigure internet play. Not a big deal until you are out of town wanting to play. Also you can record videos because you cannot double click the share button. Needs issues fixed

it’s great that i can play my ps4 games, but the games are super laggy and hard to play

App works very well at home on WiFi and away on cellular data (assuming you have good service from your cellphone company). A tip on the set up for using on cellular data: you will have to get the IP address from your PS4 and enter it manually into R-Play app. Should work fine afterwards. Overall app works great. On screen controllers are good, mfi recommended.
