**Update-still quit after 3 years and still using this app. It's GREAT!!!*** Thanks so much for this app! I have now been quit 1 year and 3 days. I did it cold turkey finally after 52 years of heavy smoking. This app was very helpful to me and still is. Thank you again so much, I so appreciate it! I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to quit. Just keep trying! You will get there!!!

Finally did it!

It’s been just over a week, still not smoking. I’ve never made it this far before, but seeing how long it’s been, how close I am to rewards and what medical benefits I have achieved or will achieve makes it easier to keep going!

Motivational

This app has helped me quit smoking! I’m 80 days clean today. It doesn’t take away my cravings, but it sure does remind me why quitting smoking is the 2nd best thing that’s happened to me. The app provides us the ability to track and visually see our progress and it really helps us stay aligned. If you’re looking to quit smoking, you should really try Quit it. Thank you Quit It, you’ve been a huge part of my no smoking journey and I plan to keep you on my phone!!! (Id love to upgrade one day).

Best app for quitting

I’ve tried a few and this one is best tactically. Real-time benefits health wise, and financially. 30 days and counting bc of the tangible encouragement I receive here. Atta girls are important but seeing exactly how much tar I’ve avoided and that I’ve saved enough money to buy an iPod are encouragements I’ve really earned.
