Every time I felt the urge I looked at the App. I saw the money I was saving, the health benefits I was getting back, and set my rewards. Seeing this helped me keep vigilant. This is a really great app! I like the way I can track my progress on a daily basis. It's still early in my quitting, but each day is a little easier to deal with. Only a month (almost two) but still plugging away at breaking a habit I have had for a long time.

I was so ready to quit smoking. This app really makes me motivated to stay off nicotine (I’m using the patch however) and look forward to staying smoke free. I love seeing my money and health add up every day! It really makes me feel like quitting smoking isn’t giving anything up but actually gaining so much more instead. Simple and easy to use.
