Must pay to unlock almost everything. $9.99 annual was reasonable. Too expensive at $14.99.

This is an amazing application with plenty of customization that can be done to save time and intuitively access the common features of a variety of applications. I had an installation problem and support was excellent.

This is honestly an amazing app. I love how many things it can do and all the layouts and possibilities you can create. I have seen apps like this before but it an app that works this well. I just love It. It's just amazing, simply put.
will not ugrade to premium version

I bought the $14.99 premiun version, but it will not upgrade nor refresh. Said that buy again would refresh it, but in fact it simply charged me again. Now I'm out $30... and -still- don't have the premium version. I have powered off; uninstalled/reinstalled and tried on both an iPhone and iPad Pro. I have also written to the publisher. No reply.
1 Quick Fix = Amazing!

They just need to fix 1 small thing: executing a targeted action causes the targeted program to come to the foreground on Windows 7. Fix this issue and you have a streamer's dream: an Elgato Stream Deck raised to 11! Also the global targeted shortcut action doesn't work with full screen games. I paid for premium before my trial ended simply with the hope that the developers will listen.

Could not see my Mac under any conditions. I took the time to try to connect manually, and still no luck. Didn't try USB because I wanted a wireless solution.
