will not ugrade to premium version – Quadro Review

I bought the $14.99 premiun version, but it will not upgrade nor refresh. Said that buy again would refresh it, but in fact it simply charged me again. Now I'm out $30... and -still- don't have the premium version. I have powered off; uninstalled/reinstalled and tried on both an iPhone and iPad Pro. I have also written to the publisher. No reply.
