Frustrating

I loved this app at first which was fun to use but now the annual price needs to be paid or you can do nothing. It's pretty useless without the annual subscription. The problem subscription is way too expensive at $15/yr for an app that I might use a couple times in that year. Then I've been noticing that a lot of the actions you can download are designed for the Mac only! ?

Love this app but their support is terrible. I have already contacted them 5 times for tech support and tried sales and they never ever respond back. a company with no support is worthless in my opinion

Windows download doesn’t even work.

I got the app and it told me to go and download its software on my computer, screen I did. I followed the instructions and once installed I went to open the file but it was corrupted in some way so I tried to download it a few more times (deleting the olds ones) but it didn’t work. I even tried using the 32 bit link but that one wouldn’t open either and gave the same error “unable to create shortcut”. This should probably be fixed.

This app changes the way I work, in PS especially, all the functions are right there. Which I think this is even easier than the new MacBook Pro touch bar. And it works with zero lags too! Wish the custom settings are easier to manage! Can't wait to see more cool actions in the coming builds!

Found this gem a couple days ago and I'm already addicted. You can create buttons for any application function and even automate long series of commands. All of this in a beautiful interface. Impressive.

All this app does, is allow you to press big, colorful buttons on your IPad rather than on your Mac. Want to reply to an email? WHY TROUBLE YOURSELF WITH THE KEY COMMANDS OR Pre-INSTALLED Reply BUTTON? Just choose the RED REPLY BUTTON in this app. Which by the way requires a sync app on your MAC and requires that you be tethered by a lightning cable. So at any given time the control panel for your MAC is a few inches away from your MAC. Let that set in. Just a stupid idea and dumb app. A novelty, but not functional at all.

While I have to say this seems like a great idea and it is executed pretty well, but in the end I did not find it very useful. I guess if you are the type of computer user who refuses to learn and use keyboard shortcuts then this might be a time saver for you. However if you, like me, pretty much learn the keyboard shortcuts for your most frequently used features of a program and just in general get familiar with the location of buttons, menus etc then this app really doesn't save any time. This is not due to any design faults on the developers part, on the contrary, they did a great job with pretty much everything about the app. The problem is in the physical reality of the fact that a computer is still a very keyboard/ mouse/trackpad oriented device and thus every time you go to use this app you have to move your hand from the keyboard or mouse/trackpad to another device. Unfortunately the time it takes to do this is longer then it would take to use a keyboard shortcut or even find the command in the menu if you know where to look. So for me 4 stars for a nicely designed app and 1 star for practicality.

Excellent UI. This is a great experience - and can be very helpful if you like to create a custom workstation. Using on iPhone 7 plus but this app is making me consider iPad purchase to get max value.
