Bad UI & difficult to use

Not user friendly. Confusing menus. Need a complete overhaul. Request to q-see developer .. please download the nest cam, ring video door bell camera apps and find out how to improve this app. And before releasing this app .. make sure u test with “unfamiliar persons” as beta testers.. like ur mom/dad. If they can operate this app.. u guys designed good. No update from last 10 months... same old app. You guys don’t want business? Lot of people investing money on cameras these days.
No more notifications

This app was working great. Now I can’t get any notifications for motion detection. I have reset my camera system to default, deleted the iPhone app, and reset my phone. Notifications just doesn’t work. Went online to find any help, nothing works. If anyone has suggestions
Push Notifications Stopped Working

One important function of this app is the ability to get push notifications on your IOS devices when the surveillance system detects motion on connected cameras. This feature worked well until this last week. Push notifications no longer work at all, on any of my IOS devices. It seems that the app developer has shut off this functionality recently, because the app has not been updated on the App Store. Push notifications are important on a product such as this and not having them makes the Q-See surveillance systems much less desirable than competitors such as Lorex, Swann, and Night Owl. Other than the lack of push notifications, the app works well at viewing live video feeds. Viewing recorded video feeds by time or event are not intuitive, but can be learned and generally work well.

Push notifications stopped working since IOS 12.1. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and don’t seem to be getting anywhere, plus they stopped replying to my emails. Wasn’t the best App to begin with, but the most important part (push notifications) seemed to work well. If that doesn’t work, it makes your whole camera system worthless. From reading other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one having this issue. Looks like this system is going back to Costco if they don’t resolve this soon!!

Works fine if you go into the app to view but fail to push notification with ios12. Please fix this
2019 lots of problems

So I had this system for 2-3 years and it works fine if I view my cameras at home. But late 2018 through now 2019 it can not connect on the phone. Some days it works some days it doesn't. It use to be a good system but now it’s terrible. The image quality is horrible. Time to update my system to Swann.
