Downloaded latest ver. 4.30.004 on my IPhone. Still using ver 3.48 on my IPad.New version has problems from the word go. Slow to respond, takes forever to access cameras. Not happy

New update is not working good

New update as of May 2019 is not working well. It's running much slower, and freez on live, unable to rotate for full screen. Please fix all the above issues for iPhone Xs Max.

I guess with, complete garbage. First tons of feature that don’t work and have odd names so you really don’t know what they’re supposed to do. Connects to mobile devices about half the time, says user locked then randomly works. Trying to go to events doesn’t work in remote devics. Camera’s are good quality, no issue with them. Dvr has to be in the garage because the put in a cheap fan and is super loud.

Can’t connect to my cameras anymore since app update even when on same network. Works 1 out of 20 times maybe. Notifications haven’t worked for a while. Please fix these issues. Complete waste of money on this system. It’s basically irrelevant.

I love the 4 IP cameras over POE, and they work great on iPhone its QC View app from Apple. However, the 4 cameras do not expand like they do on the iPhone when I rotate my iPad. I cannot easily see the whole camera view unless I pinch the screen which is very annoying. It would be nice to see the iPad support working correctly to see the whole camera video view when I rotate my iPad. I live on my iPad so this is very disappointing not working correctly like on iPhone.

New version needs fixes

Updated version does not support initializing time and date! You need to fix this. The old version worked much better.

QC View - Just barely usable and sometimes not

Have used Q-See’s QC line software (the app) for about three years. It is functionally very limited - for example, the playback scheme is difficult if not impossible to get working. The only good feature of the app was live camera preview. Now apparently, they’ve released an iPhone update and even that live preview feature has been screwed up. (Terrible programming!) if you try to look at live cameras feeds and you’re not on your hone network, you will most likely be “locked out”. The app is now a piece of useless crap unfortunately. I m going to try deleting and reloading it but I doubt that will cure anything.

All of a sudden I am now getting a message that says my account has been locked out via the iPhone app. I have to go restart my NVR every time this happens which could be several times a day. This is very frustrating it just happened here recently. My user ID and password are correct.

Fails to connect when you’re away from home even if you’re using cell data which is when you most need to look at cameras. Always having to rescan the box dropping connections even at home. Cameras are good if you want to watch on your tv at home otherwise worthless app.
