Have had my system for almost 2 years. Terrible app for viewing cameras as it never works. System recently started restarting on its own and defaulting on the password. It then would only record motion and not continuous like I want. Buy a different system!

Update: app is back to working great. Had issues as u read. Everything is good again.- April 8, 2019. Update: app not working! The camera's are not connecting. I was on it last night then disconnected and nothing. Internet is working so it's not that. What is going on?-Jan 6, 2019 Push notifications are not working. I agree with other ones who say very important! What happened?!? Great camera system, but no notifications puts it real low for me. Please fix immediately! I have recommended these cameras. I just may need to tell ones forget it, the most important part is not working. This is very very important aspect of this app and the system. Please fix!! Update: it's working back to being great. ?Finally an app that was really easy to set up on my iPhone and iPad. I had the classic version before and I was never able to see my cameras when I was away from home. This app is great. Make sure that you input the right IP , user name and password and you’ll be pleased as I am. Thanks for making this!

Stop working after the update

It was all working good with my iPhone iPad etc. In till this last update I still haven’t update the one in the iPad and it work good and on the iPhone with the update it just shows a black screen with the circle going around, I guess that it trying to load but noting ???? So watch going on I’m trying to downgrade in order for it to start to work ones more but wish they would fix it better

Right after the latest update i was able to hear talking thru this app via the microphone. This was actually a useful feature as if there is someone in the store that shouldn’t be it would be nice to speak to them. However please know this app is very glitchy. It takes way too long for the cameras to load the image when switching between views. Time is of the essence when security is the issue!!
