Fun, well built app, but maintenance is handled poorly

I am a daily user of this game and I have been a big fan for a long time. However, I find that the maintenances are handled very poorly on iOS devices. For a day or longer when they do maintenance work, the app redirects users to the App Store where users can’t update the app and the app is unusable. If this lasts a full day, then it really messes with longest playing streaks

Love this games but I had almost a year of consecutive login but can’t update for some reason and I’ve lost the login bonus .ive been playing for year and I think this is going to make me stop playing due to losing the consecutive login

So I’ve been playing this game for about close to 3 years now and they’ve made everything so much harder to get. I can no longer pass technical dungeons anymore because A) my guys aren’t strong enough due to how selfish the spins have been with the magic stones or B) every monster one hit KOs me at the end or middle of the dungeon. Cause Idk about you but I’m tired of wasting 50+ magic stones I save up just for cruddy silver eggs or multiple farming eggs. This game was a lot more reasonable before it became so popular, I just wish it’ll get back to how it use to be

The game has a lot of criticism in here from casual gamers claiming they are getting ripped off or there is unfair mechanics. The fact of the matter is that the learning curve is deceptively high and the end game can be brutal. After playing the game for about 5 years I can not even claim to clear some of the hardest dungeons in the game. Getting lucky in the random gacha machine is a big part of the game, but being smart about when to roll (I.e. looking up what events will feature which monsters) plays a big role in how far you can advance. Saving up stones to roll in events that have monsters that are a missing piece for your team is something a lot of casual players will miss if they just roll whenever they can. In short, try the game if you are willing to put in the time and try, stay away if you are looking for a candy crush type game, and if you are made of money and willing to whale it won’t make up for the skill required for endgame but it will certainly help a lot.

I love the game, the graphics are good and the game is easy to play, other people say it's hard and that is kind of true but I love challenges so I play this game frequently. I love the multiplayer dungeons, me and my friend play a lot of the game together and we make a good team because I am dark and he is light. You all have problems, to get good you have to play more I have not bought in app purchases and I am very good, not the best but good I can complete most descended challenges.

It has come to my attention that I have lost a very high leveled account. Two in fact. And the “restore” or the account change is very insufficient. So please make it so that it uploads to the cloud or make it so that the account saves on Facebook. Where you log in. This would be more convenient than having to get the account code and verification. What if you lost or broke the device that had all the data? How would you get the information and the account back? Hopefully you see the problem. Please fix this so that people, ( I know I’m not the only one who lost their account like this,) can get back to the game.

Hi I love the game but can you make more normals dungeon so the game won’t end way too soon can you make some hard god materials as a event like ra dragon I would love too and if like there a godfest would you make a news so we would know that godfest is happening so we can save our gems . I would we like more god in the godfest that would be exiting If you do.

Despite people saying there is a high learning curve.. there's not. You may as well get out your wallets cause if you want to beat any of the actually hard dungeons you need stones cause no monster or team can mess with stupid no RCV dungeons that are broken. I hate Gungho for making this game pay to win just like every other video game in modern day gaming..

This game takes a lot of time but I'm at rank 300 and I haven't spent any money. There will be some points where you get stuck at dungeons, and it will take a lot of time to beat those dungeons, but you can get very far without spending any money if you want to. (Many of the complaints seem about money and the difficulty)
