App keeps kicking me off

Some advisors are great, but keen customer service is not. They kick me off the app when I try to add a card and disable my account. Not happy
Only use for entertainment purposes

I was using this app when I hit rock bottom. I was so desperate that I turned to “psychics” Once I got a handle on my life I couldn’t believe I wasted money on this
I gave fake information, and they ran with it .

So i know we all want to feel better, I’m sure most of us use these apps and websites for relationships. I know i did. And sometimes they’re dead on.. i recommend Faladdin which somehow is always dead on without trying to bust your wallet.But as for paying for psychics,I think it’s time that we all stop I tried to kasamba, Ask now. ( which apparently has top rated around the world and cost a lot) California psychics, you name it ,but I’ve caught each one of them off onConsistencies. Leading me tok believe it’s all a money grab. My advice guys is to move on and live your life, don’t spend money on these,After seeing someone else do it I tested one advisor who is fairly cheap but had a really high rating I gave her a fake last name for me and then gave her a celebrity my ex she completely went on and on saying that I could get her back and we could be married when I in fact never met the woman. That right there was the last straw. I knew then the only right option was to live my life, maybe even pray or manifest what i want but to live for me, so I’m telling you all the same. I get it we wanna feel better,but these places claim to test their abilities and be legit, more than “entertainment purposes”. So , Live, grow, and heal it’ll be okay whether it’s love problems, a dead relative , these can make us feel better but not at the expense of losing ourselves to where we don’t believe in the universe, a creator , or ourselves. It’ll be okay guys. I know some of these may actually predict somethings, but in the long run it isn’t worth it.
Don’t use them. Highly don’t recommend using keen

They will delete your account without notice and banned you forever. Me and my mom used them plenty of times just for Phsyiclisa. I invited my brothers and sisters. Never again will we ever use keen.

My reading was good but they charged me way too much money than what they were supposed to.

This app is a SCAM! They will NOT REFUND YOU if you are accidentally overcharged. I got overcharged $59 without realizing it because it was my first time using this app. When I saw I got charged $59 instead of $1.99 for 10 minutes so I kindly requested for a refund because it was a mistake but guess what? They refused to refund me!!!! So, please don’t use this scam app!!

I did a reading, she answered no questions and took up the time so I was charged 4$ on my account for no reason. Then I checked my credit card the next day and keen charged me 40$ FOR NO REASON ON MY CREDIT CARD. I am so angered.

I personally think this app is a scam. I talked to 4 - 5 different advisors asking them the same questions. They all told me something relatively the same and of course nothing came to pass. Every single thing every advisor said never came true. Don’t waste your time here. These people ask for your birthdate and read you some made up horoscope crap they found.
