Untrustworthy App-Didn’t put up my 2 star honest review

I do not find this app trustworthy because they did not allow my 2-star review to be made public. I was even being generous by making it 2-stars and not one. Clearly, they filter their reviews. There was nothing offensive about my review to not be made public. The advisor, who was very kind, made things too vague and general, taking her time and not saying anything specific for the first 10 minutes. Obviously, this is to get people hooked in for more time, which can really add up minute by minute. Seems very shady to not allow the honest reviews that aren’t agreeable or benefiting their company. I’d say, save your money and find a trustworthy psychic/tarot reader with a flat rate who isn’t going to swindle your time.

I’ve had so many readings done on here. Out of 2 people on there, they gave me the actual truth to my situation. I won’t go into depth about what my situation was but I’m glad those 2 psychics were real because my life would’ve been worse probably.

I installed this app and after reading a profile of an advisor I decided to add funds to my account in preparation for a consultation. Then I read the profile of another advisor and after saw that I was charged $1.99 ??? I emailed customer support and let them know what happened. I also requested that I would be refunded for my account if I was going to be charged without council. I was refunded for my balance but not the $1.99 I was charged without having reached out to an advisor

So I downloaded the app to get some clarity/ spiritual insight about some personal issues. I went through 2 people before I ended up talking to a lady (for about 30+ min ?) & being charged $380+, ON MY FIRST TIME even using the app. Totally unsatisfied. The first person I talked to was an older lady (she goes by Fran) & the conversation went for about 2 min at the most. She sounded like she was on her last breath & she was slurring her words & repeated herself which made me feel as thought she wasn’t competent enough to carry on a conversation let alone provide any services i was looking for/ what she so-called “provided”. The 2nd person I talked to hung up on me in about 5 seconds into the call, which shocked & annoyed me. I gave Keen 1 more chance & I ended up finally talking to someone who did answer the questions. However, I wish I never talked to her! Her rate is $12.99 a minute!!! Yup, so I ended up talking to her for about 30+ min which resulted in me paying $380+. I honestly want my money back. I feel ripped off & I wish I never download the app had I known I’d be paying WAY OVER 100 bucks on my FIRST time using the app after going through 2 ppl who did not help me in anyway. So be aware! Don’t call anyone unless you don’t mind your money going down the drain for some common sense feedback or advice you can GET FOR FREE from spiritual gurus from YouTube!

I was addicted to this site and I have talked to maybe a hundred advisors. I was at a weak point in my life. I had no direction and felt like everything was just going wrong. So I turned to this site. I talked to many that said this would happen or that, a lot of them told me what I wanted to hear, then a lot of me told me what I didn’t want to hear, and a lot of them were just flat out mean. I went down a terrible spiral. I became addicted and spent a couple of trips abroad. But then I learned something. I learned something that absolutely changed my life. The future is not finite and NO ONE, I REPEAT NO ONE CAN PREDICT IT. You can’t sit around on an app and let a stranger from god knows where tell you about your life. Stop it. You are the master of your own life and destiny. If you want your guy/girl back, you can have them back. You want that job, you can have it. Financial Freedom, career success— that’s all your doing. I really really want you to understand that while some of them are good, at the end of the day, the good ones are only picking up on your subconscious energies. The good ones can just pick up what’s going on internally and your true beliefs. You can change this, through manifestation and the law of attraction or the law on assumption, and listen, you tube will be your FREE best friend. I’m not gonna knock all these “psychics” because some of them were very very kind. But please don’t let someone tell you your ex and you will never get back together. Please don’t let them tell you you will not get this job. Please do not let them tell you they have talked to your loved one from beyond. It’s just not true. Save your money, please. You are powerful and strong and you control your destiny.
