I tried using the CC stored from when I paid via my PC and entering the info again. Neither worked.

Very difficult to navigate! Surely you can come up with something better than this!

So maybe when you update your app. It was working now I have a late payment due to your app that did not except my payment. Please fix. Please!!!!! !!!!!!!
Cannot see current balance

For the past couple months I would receive an email that my payment is due, but when I go to the app the balance does not show. I have to log onto the website in order to see what is owed.
Get with the times!

This app is pointless! Why have it when you charge fees, and you can't even set up automatic debt! Great thanks for nothing!
Keeps crashing

This app was fine before -now it keeps crashing after I'm logged in and click on "Make a Payment." I deleted and reinstalled and it did the same thing. Please fix!

Used to work okay. Basic bill pay app, no frills. Now, it takes forever to load, does not allow new payment methods to be added, and all former methods of payment no longer recognized by system. Smh. Please fix.
