This app is supposed to make it easier to make payments....but you end up having to go to their Homesite anyway because everytime I click on make a payment the app shuts down and closes out. Not a useful app.
It Doesn’t Work

The city of Seaside, Oregon said I could pay my water bill with this app. When I try to set up an account, it takes you to a blank page and you stay there. Please fix this.

I Never Write Reviews Anyway
Spent 10 minutes getting my account set up only to finally see “you must call to make a credit card payment”. This app and PSN as a whole is a joke. Negative 5 stars would be a better score to give.
App & Website Don’t Work

Both App and website fail to even let you add payment method. Lots of bugs that need fixing. One of the worst apps and sites I’ve ever tried to use. It basically doesn’t function.

Won’t let me delete an old payment method that I not longer use. When in the app it wont allow me to delete it. I can’t make the other account that I was able to add the primary payment account. Such a terrible app. It’s going to get hacked and we will have our money taken. Just wait and see...

App hasn’t changed for the last 6 years I’ve lived in my apartment, until now. Now I can’t make a payment because the app is freezing up.
