Can’t log in

When I try to log in it just keeps processing and processing. No error messages or anything pops up. I can login on safari but not on the app itself. It started at least a week ago for me

This app use to work great. I have no idea what happened. Can’t log in anymore. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Restarted my phone. I can log in through the website, but it’s a pain and it takes time. Prudential is an old school financial company that has never really kept up with the times. If it wasn’t such a giant it would have been taken over years ago. I have several other retirement accounts that blow this one away. This was top of the line 15 years ago..........
For two days cannot open app.

I have not been able to login for a week now and still can not get in on the App. Can only access from the website. Many people are having the same problem. When it worked the App was good but, now it is useless until the problem is fixed. The problem was fixed two days later and is now working fine. Thanks

Why am I unable to sign in on the app, only to receive an error message to visit the website, but from there, I’m still unable to view my financial information?!?!!! Would this be acceptable for a bank to do? Does anyone sign into their bank app or online, only to not be able to see what they have in their savings/checking account?! NO!!!! FIX THE WEBSITE AND FIX THE APP!!!

This app is junk, I can’t log in because it directs me to the website. Logging into the website does not show you your financials and balances. Pretty important in times mike these.
