Less helpful than apps from competitors

Account overviews are just ok, but the app does not present a full view of all retirement and insurance accounts. No ability to easily see returns over time, no graphs at all. No planning tools or estimators - all of those are only available on the Prudential web app.
What an App Should Be

This is what an app should be. It’s the easiest to access, easiest to navigate, most thorough financial tool I’ve used. Subconsciously, if I know a bank app is a pain to use, I stay away more than I should. This one is the opposite. I access it whenever I want because I know I won’t end up frustrated.

Can’t really do much besides change contribution and view your 401k. Would be better if you could do withdrawals and payments and more!

App works well but it would be helpful if funds owned were highlighted when making transactions. It would make the process easier.

It sure would be nice to see the contributions page working!.! Never has. Doesn’t really tell you if that’s what the gains are from or if Prudential is a good investor.

I can be considered a lazy person — I don’t like to work hard to save money. But this app have made it so easy for me to keep track of my account.

The new trading option is great. However, you still have to wait 24 hours to see closing account balances for the day before. Should show same day account closing balances after 3 pm pst (after market closes) like most other financial institutions app (I.e. fidelity).
