The app is basically a viewer for your current account status and holding values in each fund. The only action you can take is to change your contribution rate. I was hoping to be able to both dig deeper into metrics if each funds performance and to reallocate monies between funds including funds I currently might not have any holdings with. Disappointed in the simplicity and limited use. But thanks for trying something.

Does not remember my iPhone X and need to be enhanced for the iPhone X screen.

Prudential is pathetic when it comes to offering mobile access to account information. Login credentials need to be entered every time I open the app, Touch ID is not an option. Opening the app is only good for viewing current account balances, literally there is nothing else I am able to do with this. Their mobile webpage also is an extreme headache to navigate. All other financial institutions I have dealings with have apps that offer all standard information and options. Prudential needs to reassess this. With the amount of fees I pay I fully expect a change.

The Voya app is miles ahead. How about remembering the login name or letting you sign in by thumbprint like every other banking app. Who has time to remember passwords at the time you want to check the app. Also it would be great to see individual fund performance when you want.

Doesn’t support touch or Face ID, not optimized for iPhone X, extremely limited access to account features. Do r as much money as they have, this app is a disgrace. I’m transferring my money out of prudential as soon as I can.

The app says that I cannot log in through this retirement app and to go to the Prudential website.

What’s the point of this app? You can’t make any changes to your holdings. I see absolutely no value in downloading and keeping this app on my phone.

No biometrics? Really?! And nothing as simple as adding up the accounts so as to show the sum total? These are basic and obvious fixes that should be here.
