Timeout issue

At the moment, my daughter cannot upload ANYTHING! We just receive a timeout error. She is so sad.
Software needs MAJOR WORK!!

This software is easy to use, but crashes constantly, especially when trying to delete frames...the it loses all the frames you just made. Saving is also very unintuitive and seems to clone the file as opposed to creating a new file. Great for single images...animation features are half-baked at this time.

Needs update to resolve timeout error when downloading to purse. Has anyone found a work around? We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Tried on iPhone 6, 7 and iPad mini 4

The app doesn't work

My daughter has been taking her time making a design that she liked only for it not to upload. We kept on getting a "timeout error". We've tried it on the ipad mini, the iphone 6,7 and X. We only got one design to upload in 5 days.
Too buggy, can’t upload design

Upload one design but it cycled too fast so I edited it and now all it get are Timeout try again. And it crashes a lot when editing frames. FIX this!
