The app doesn't work – Project Mc2 Smart Pixel Purse Review

My daughter has been taking her time making a design that she liked only for it not to upload. We kept on getting a "timeout error". We've tried it on the ipad mini, the iphone 6,7 and X. We only got one design to upload in 5 days.
