Can’t delete old photos

I have a subscription and pay for unlimited access. I really enjoyed the app for years. In 2021, they had an upgrade and now I can’t delete the source photos off the app. I contacted customer support and they just said “we know you can’t delete photos. We’re working on it, but it might take a long time to fix.” This app is broken, they know it’s broken, and apparently don’t have plans to fix it any time soon. What a terrible company decision. If they don’t fix this soon, I will definitely cancel my subscription and delete the app. Very disappointing.

I love this app. Super simple to sample and adjust images. My favorite so far is Dallas but there are about 700 styles to choose from for the paid version so I have a lot more to try.
I have premium but cannot use all the tools.

I have had Prisma unlimited subscription for years and recently cannot use all the tools, HD and the ability to adjust from fully filtered to less filter applied are gone. I can’t find tutorials on the app. It’s fun, but not as good as if I had all the tools available. This happens with all types of pictures, not just portrait. Am I expected to go up a level to premium?

It was a great app until it started popping up the error message, Something went wrong,” each time I tap on the HD button. You paid for the yearly subscription so you’d expect to not constantly get all these error messages. Why pay for the premium subscription if you can’t use all the premium features??? Hope this issue is resolved because I’m noticing in the reviews that several customers are experiencing this, not just me.
