STILL NOT WORKING. :(

Still broken after last 3 updates!!! Way to break a good thing. :( All I see when I choose an effect is a black screen. And there’s no option to subscribe for HD. Was a 5 Star app to me. Now a 1 cuz it’s B.....roke! Used to work flawlessly on iPod 6, but I guess they only care about everyone else who has money to burn on an iPhone 10! Ffffffuuuuuuhhhhhccccccc!

The new update has broken the app. Doesn't work on multiple devices. Don't bother downloading. Each update lowers the quality and now that they have a HD option the company seems intent on not fixing the broken link. Don't bother writing an email to customer service because they won't respond UPDATED I wish I could remove a star. They have since updated with high Definition processing in 3.7 and removed the feature AGAIN in 3.7.1 because it wasn't working. I'm convinced this company is run by robots because I couldn't imagine why you would publish an update that doesn't work. Again, no communication from company

Nov 29, 2017 Am I missing something? The app has not worked in a week. When I tap the filter I want, it starts to load and crashes every single time! This is so frustrating. What is wrong? ********* Version 3.0 is finally one deserving of the media praise it gets (it's been way overhyped). The bugs have lessened, the waiting time has shortened, and most importantly, you can finally filter an entire picture; it is no longer forced into a square, cropped format. The resolution is also much improved. I wish there was a way to remove filters you don't like, and rearrange them. I don't understand why the best filter, Love, was removed. It was the only filter that produced great results 99% of time. It's nice to see the app become more professional. ****************** I've been using this app for a long time. It's a great concept and the effects can be terrific. However, the resolution is uneven and the colors are often faint. The app was supposed to be faster when they took the filter process off-line but it's anything but fast. WORSE, the app has been super buggy for a while. I deleted it last night, downloaded again and now it's even more buggy and the app only lets me save one filtered image and NO MORE! I went to the settings and can save ALL the images I filter. I don't want to save them all! I want to see which ones look good and then save 'em. I'm really disappointed with this app. I don't feel confident about the developers. As long as I've had this app (months and months) there have been issues using it. I don't know how many more chances I can give it. It's been a frustrating experience. If you download it, plan on a lot of annoyances.

It would be a nice app but it crashes constantly, as if little or no effort was put forth to test it. It crashes to the point of being unusable, and the newest update doesn’t help. Seems like hat if you were going to create an app, you would at least try to make it work a little bit.

Used to be a good app. But since they updated it the app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to open it.

I changed my original review to better suit the current build. It’s a good app no doubt, but the monthly or yearly payment setup is extremely off putting. Create the app to do the processing on board versus using remote servers and charge $5 for the app. Problem solved. Other developers have done this........ I like turtles.
