I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I can’t access any filters, when I take a photo, the app freezes... I try to open the photo library to apply a filter to an existing photo, it freezes.... I paid for a year subscription as I’ve used this in the past, but it looks like I’ve lost that $25....

I purchased on my iPad, but won’t activate on my iPhone. I called apple support and they couldn’t figure it out. The app won’t unlock on my iPhone

I recently had to reset my phone back to factory settings. When I try to get the prisma app, that I paid for, back on the phone the only option is to get it on the cloud which never loads. I wrote to app support 4 days ago and no response.

The trial is only three days long, when you miss that and email them, they intentionally wait beyond the 48 hour return period that Apple gives you before they tell you to contact Apple. Very bad business practices.
