I've been using Priceline for years and have no complaints whatsoever. I get the best deals and the customer service has been good. A few issues here and there, but they always reside in a timely manner.

Booked for a 3 star hotel hotel is crappy barely a 2 star and Priceline would not switch reservation false advertising !!!

I’ve been using Priceline for about 4 years now, I travel at least 5 times per year and I always always find the cheapest deals and prices for flights and hotels here on Priceline! I am very big on saving and shopping smart before I make any type of purchase and I’m constantly comparing who has the cheapest prices are for flights and 99.9% of the time, Priceline is THE way to go! I seriously recommend using Priceline if you’re big on saving as much as you can, like me ??♀️
