Twice I booked a rental car from Miami one way drop off to Orlando. The first I was able to finally through online chat get a refund I tried it again and it once again said Miami to Miami after they charged me then they would not give me a refund and they cost me a lot of money for a one-way drop off the time I return from out of the country I am more than upset the customer service is all in the Philippines by the way go figure cheapest way they can do things don’t use them. The funny thing is in the past I have used them and they’ve made thousands offer me no more lost a good customer

After finishing up with the payment method for a good deal, it didn’t give me flight details instead asked me to book the flight again and when I refreshed the page it gives me a higher priced deal. Ridiculous experience. Never happened with the rental cars so far.

I use to stay here when it was the radios on and now I have it as a Wyndham and I am ecstatic about it. The place holds lots of great memories

I will start off my review by stating I absolutely love Priceline. I use Priceline for all my travel needs and I find that their prices are very competitive and their staff is kind and helpful(ive had to call multiple times and their always great.) With that being said I'm only leave the application 3 stars. PLEASE add a tool that will allow you to purchase Package Deals on the app. This would change my 3 to 5+. Also it would be great to be able to manage your profile on the application(example update Credit Card information for quick check out when you find a deal) But most importantly again, make it to where you can search package deals in the app. Thank you!
