No longer loads

The app used to work but now only loads to a blank white screen. Developer website says to contact them through the support link in the app. Obviously can’t do that because the app won’t load.

Good app for 5/3/1

This app lets you log your workouts and track them too. There are many options for support exercises. It’s worth using if your on the move and can’t keep a handwritten training lot with you.

Great app.

Love it

I’m 16 and I recently quit football but still wanted to work out. I have a rack in my garage and this app is working great for me so far.

Developer has abandoned app. Don’t buy

For what this app costs it should have at least SOME assistance.

Battery hog

ADisgruntledGuy

I used this app for four workouts and it was responsible for about 75% of my batter consumption during that time, despite using it for less than an hour each day. I don’t know what sort of processes are going on in the background, but be sure to manually shut down the app after the workout to save your battery until the devs figure it out. Otherwise, this is a decent app for calculating your lifts. As other reviewers mentioned, it adds to your 1RM instead of TM, but you can get around that by changing the settings so your TM is 100% of your 1RM instead of 90%.

5/3/1

I just started using it and after figuring most of it out I like it. I like how it calculates all the weight but when I tried to log my final score I used a different weight and wanted the score to reflect that as 12 @ 155 but the app wouldn't save it. That would be a nice feature. Other than that, so far so good!

Great app

This is a great app for training, I have been using it for three months and haven't had any problems. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because sometimes they have weight amount that I need to lift being like an off number that ends in 3 (Like 143). I have it in the settings to go by 5's but it doesn't seem to work like that with my phone. Especially low numbers as well (like 23 pounds). Would be cool if they could fix that, other than that, I definitely recommend the app!

Fantastic product

I've been using this app for a long time but just recently picked up the premium version. Well worth the money. If you enjoy working in the 5/3/1, this is a must have to keep track of weights/lifts without carrying notebooks and such to the gym.

Great app

I've used many 5/3/1 logs this is by far the easiest to use!
