I’ve got the purple mattress and the Powerbase. I wanted to control it from my phone. So I opened the app and it couldn’t find the powerbase even though I was near it and it was on. Forget the app, I’ll just use the classic way of using the remote. Doesn’t even fit the iPhone XS Max screen like come on!

Reverie, which is who makes the PowerBase, is changing the bluetooth module and this app is not compatible. You need the Reverie Night Stand app if this one won’t see your bed. The Reverie app seems to have more functionality anyway.

Been trying for an hour to link the app with base but nope...just tells me to refresh. This is crap.

Despite troubleshooting ,checking plug is in, Bluetooth is on it won’t find the bed units.

About once every 3 months I lose the Bluetooth connection between the app & the PowerBase. No obvious reason. I reset everything and power down. Frustrating when you’ve been in zero gravity - and now stuck there. It’s a convenience problem. The bed & base are amazing. It’s just not great with the app.

Why create an app that doesn’t connect and doesn’t even offer the features advertised? I feel ripped off.

I love the idea of a Purple Mattress phone app. It’s easier to reach for the phone than the remote, and it has the capability of controlling both sides of the California King split power base. But alas, it rarely can establish a Bluetooth connection, and if it does, it does not remain connected. Often it will only recognize one side of the dual mattresses. I try night after night to get it to pair with the phone. It hasn’t done so for 3 weeks. Tried quitting the app from memory, deleting and reinstalling, turning the phone Bluetooth on/off. Used to be some mysterious combination of those actions would pair it up, but not anymore. :(

Work well at first minus a few bugs, but now it’s not usable. Reset my base, app, phone and same result.
