Delete and reinstall daily

Awesome idea. Works great.. when it works. Daily it can not find my powerbases. The only fix I can find is to delete the app and reinstall it. Pretty disappointed with the app.

Especially the massaging alarm clock! Doesnt exist with this App. In addition, you cannot save your favorite positions. Other than that, you can control the head, feet, dual massagers and light via your phone. This is convenient incase 1 partner has the controller and you want to change the bed. The bed and base on the other hand are great!

Only use for this POS is if you loose the remote. Very buggy, hang at discovery. Overall, for what's being charged for the PowerBase I was expecting awesome - I got "meh" so I'm resentful and this app didn't to helping that sentiment. Save your money folks.

No alarm feature. 6 predefined presets. It's actually less useful than the remote that comes with the platform. Purple should be embarrassed.

App has less features than the remote control. Super annoyed - where is the alarm function that was promised? I have so much trouble waking up in the morning I thought this bed/app could really make a difference and help me get out of bed on time, but they never made an alarm function. Really loved purple up to this point, but I don’t appreciate the fraudulent misrepresentations made concerning the app functionality that the purple PowerBase would have.

I love our Purple mattress and power base. I just wish I could fall asleep in zero G with massage and have it automatically return to flat. Please, please add this option!!! Still a fantastic bed and good app

More stars when it does something cool

It has a few bugs but works for the most part. I just wish it did something cool. There is so much potential, like an alarm that adjusts the bed at a certain time. Or a sleep timer that lays you flat after a set time. If you have a remote for your power base there is currently no reason to also have this app.

Stick with the Nightstand App

I was expecting a much better app from Purple. I’ll keep using the Nightstand app from Reverie instead for now. It works just fine with the Purple power base and has all the features that Purple had promised like alarms, routines and other. Nightstand app has occasional bugs but it’s much more useful.

I really wish this app could control the bed like the informations booklet said, the booklet said that in the app I would be able to set a position for the bed to wake me up and others. Otherwise the app does exactly what the remote can do.☹️
