the item that i got was a medium tile and the pictures are not even the way i wanted them, the quality of the pictures is terrible and they are way over priced along with this styrofoam back it’s like weightless and crappy. wouldn’t recommend

i dont quite know what to do. i ordered mine about two weeks ago. on the 23 they started shipping, the package hasn’t updated since the 25th. i have no clue where they are

I believe I saw this app on Instagram. I was excited for it. I wanted to get my boyfriend done fun pics of us. This is about to hit a month and I still have not received it. I cannot rate on the product. But this process is crazy. I’ve messaged and all I’ve gotten was, it’s out of our hands. Basically. They’re nothing they can do. I get it. But be a little more sympathetic. Have a little more customer service. So upsetting.

I ordered a large print for my girlfriend’s birthday so that it would be delivered a few days before hand. However it’s been a month since then and I’ve gotten no update on the current status of the package and have tried sent emails and gotten ZERO responses. I don’t recommend this company at all solely based off of their horrible shipping and lack of communication.

I found Pops through an ad on Instagram stories, thought it was a neat idea, and ordered a 5-pack of magnets for my husband’s anniversary gift. They are so much cooler than I had hoped - and I managed to surprise him which isn’t easy. Completely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely consider buying again for future gifts!!

As long as you follow their recommendations of what kind of images work best, you will get stellar results. They won’t disappoint!
