these were the best thing ever created. so cute!!! perfect size!!! and great quality!!! the are so adorable! and they worked out perfectly!!!! i did the flips and they are amazing. will definitely be buying more!!!! ???? and the price is very reasonable for the quality! i did have to wait a few weeks to get my package (like two and a half) but i wasn’t expecting an over night or anything, especially with all the things going on. i wish i could show how well mine turned out!!!! love this brand! (i am not a paid review, strictly a VERY VERY VERYYYYYYYY happy customer!)

The idea behind their product is cool but the execution is lacking. They haven’t figured out the kinks in their product which should be their focus. I recently bought the mini flips and they were extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company in the app, the lady I messaged simply gave me a 30% refund. However, that’s not what bothered me. It’s that she claimed that I sent blurry photos and I knew that wasn’t the case. She didn’t believe me until I sent a side by side comparison of the photos I uploaded and the product I received. Her response to that was that the photos she received were blurry and that she’d pass it onto the team to see what went wrong and if it was a mistake on their end. I haven’t heard back with any updates so I have no idea if she actually sent it to the team. Anyways, the mini flips are that same as those things you used to mess with as a child. Those things that changes the image when you move it. So here’s some tips (if you do decide to risk it and buy from them) that the company fails to communicate with their customers. DO NOT use group photos. Even though the photos of only one person weren’t that great, the group photos I used were significantly worse. The product is very pixelated so it won’t pick up on all the small details that you’d get in a group photo. As a result, the people in the photos looked like their only had one eye and were missing parts of their smile. So before you upload, make sure to edit your photos brighter and only choose photos with 2 people MAX. That way you’ll have a higher chance of getting a better product but even then....idk. I am aware that they’re still a fairly new company but they really should have done more testing before advertising on social media platforms. This company is in no way ready to take on these orders. They should pause and figure it out. Once they do, they have the potential to make a lot of business??‍♀️

Gave me a fake tracking number. Ordered in the first week of July and it’s almost August now...I’ve had no updates from USPS and DHL says the tracking number doesn’t exist. Fake company, horrible customer service, it’s a waste of money!!

I thought the pictures would be more 3D then they came out. Also it’s not as clear as i thought they would be. A little disappointed in the overall quality and clarity.

The app was a little slow to use, especially when loading in photos. But the products are really fantastic! I ordered one of the large wall pops and several of the mini cards as a gift for my bf and they turned out amazing! I almost wanted to keep them for myself xD. If you’re looking for a good gift for someone or even yourself, definitely recommend. My app was a little slow, but it could just be something on my end. Everything else was really great

I’m extremely happy with my purchase and impressed with how quickly I received it. Also, the customer service is amazing. I had to cancel my first order and it was taken care of as soon as possible. Again, considering my purchase traveled from France to the US, I’m mind-blown that I have it a bit over a week after ordering. I ordered a medium tile and the puzzle as an anniversary gift and I can’t wait for my boyfriend to see them! This definitely won’t be my last purchase.
