I love the idea, price point, and user-friendliness but the videos take forever to process (although less time than live photos)

I received my pops a few days after they said it was going to arrive but that wasn’t really the issue. they turned out really good-not as good as you see in their app obviously. the pictures aren't the best quality but they aren’t horrible and I would say if you do want to get it being make sure that your pictures are bright I got a picture that was kind of dark and it didn’t print very well but overall I would do it especially if you get the sweat coin one where it’s only nine dollars you just have to pay for shipping... I think I spent the money very well.

the pictures came out amazing and i’m so glad someone figured out how to make this idea come to life!! my only suggestion would be to change the way the shipping information is said; i understand how absurd american english can be grammatically so it was my fault for misunderstanding the “arrival by 4/8” when printing status hadn’t been updated. i got ahold of customer service to inquire on the 6th why printing status hadn’t been updated and on the 9th when they got back to me they informed me of the envelope being sent on the 8th i believe, i would suggest the label of “shipping by..” to avoid possible confusion. they used expedited shipping from france so my pictures came in just 2-3 days. overall a great concept and company i’ll be happy to use again.

The quality is okay it just depends on the lighting of the video you print and you have to get the right timing of the video also because it doesn’t really show all of it

Although most of my pics I ordered turned out okay, one of them did not turn out how I wanted it to. I reached out to their “contact us” tab and they basically did nothing and shifted the blame for the bad photo onto me because I apparently didn’t read the app’s specifications. I would leave 2 or 3 stars for the photos that turned out okay but their bad customer service compelled me to do otherwise. I will be deleting this app and not using it in the future.

I liked this app a lot. The only thing that I didn’t quite like was that when I received the “pops” they I could barely see the other picture. I had them put 2 pictures on my “pop” n one I could clearly see and the other one not so much, but overall I can’t complain.

I placed an order in March and i still haven’t received anything. At first it was scheduled to be here on April 6th and i emailed them several times and no response. It’s sketchy, if you like to waste money and not care about the products that u receive the this is the right place to go other than that, if you like to receive what u payed for just the way it was advertised then sorry no..this is not the place to even waste time on
