Frustrated

Terrible time consistently connecting with the app and WiFi. Like the sound but the connection over WiFi is unpredictable and the app is terrible. Please upgrade immediately!
Is getting there

Works ok but need some improvements 1. Use all sb1 plus remote control functions from the app 2. Save surround sound and stereo paring so it don't have to get reconfigured each time is unpaired and paired to be used as surround sound or stereo
Songza not supported

Songza had some great playlists but was bought out my Google. Google Play is not supported, so why show the Songza app? I'm very unhappy that I paid so much for this speaker. It sounds great but there are so many apps that are unsupported, and it's always changing. So disappointing!

The app is disappointing. It is not very intuitive, and it is a bit disappointing to find out that whereas it works with Amazon Music, it will not play my digital versions of purchased music (i.e., Amazon gives free digital versions of CDs I buy). I can access pre-set playlists, but can't figure out how to access anything else, or music that is included in my Prime membership. In addition, it's mind-boggling that the system doesn't work with collections in Google Play either. However, it works fine with my music in iTunes.

This thing can't stay connected to save it's life. If you're lucky enough to get it to start up with no problems, don't worry, it'll drop out within an hour or two. Without interruption in wifi service, without your phone moving at all, it'll just stop working. And maybe it'll connect again after you close the app, and turn the wifi off and back on, and maybe it won't. Probably it won't. The Omni a1 is a waste of money, and this app is terrible. Don't buy it. As a bonus, the in app versions of all the music apps you already use are terrible. No search function, so have fun listening to the same channels endlessly.

I have the Omni A1. I have had it for about nine months. Overall I am pretty happy. However I only use it with Pandora and it works great. I have found that when my iPhone or my iPad has been on too long the app starts to skip. I reboot the iPhone or iPad and everything works fine. So the problem is with the iPhone or iPad not the Omni. My one complaint is that the application does not work with Amazon playlist. It is not a big problem because Pandora so good. Also I have 4 wired Polk speakers. No wireless speakers
Good sound, bad control

I have the Polk wireless system throughout my home. There is no control for the subwoofer which is set very high. I have to keep it shut off for just music and only turn it on for movies. It's strictly an on/off asset. I like to stream Pandora and it works well for a bit then when it gets to the end of a song, the speakers just turn off. Everything shows that music is playing but there is no sound. Support for the system is basically non-existent and I just wait for rare updates. The Polk wireless system is so close to being a good one but I wonder if the company has just moved on to something else shiny. Oh, and my son moved to Germany and can control my system from there!
