Polk needs to make the app better it does not work well with voiceover and from what other people say it does not work well visually. Not the best app in the world. However the speakers sound better than Sonos is. The app not so much.
App is the worst. Zero stars!

Not sure what the problem is...... I cannot get the speaker to play more than 2-3 songs before it just stops. I have to swipe up on the app and re-open the app and connect to the speaker before another song will play. Speaker sounds great but I don’t know how to play any music fro My phone without this terrible app. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks.
Where did SiriusXM go??!

The app no longer plays SiriusXM. Main reason I listen to it. Bring it back
Pairing is terrible

Pairing is almost impossible. Deleting a room or location... can not figure that out. The software has almost no features such as power on and off. Disappointed. The plastic remote...worn through buttons, cheaply built. Disappointed. I have to manually turn it on and off, etc. if I am missing something simple please advise.
Constant disconnects

This was running ok, but the latest version of the software will play like 5 songs and then disconnect. I have good signal where the speakers are and this happens constantly. Wife wants a Sonos if this isn’t fixed.

This app worked great when I first connected it a few years ago. After the update, as many other reviewers have noted, it’s terrible. Takes forever to connect, plays 2-3 songs, then disconnects. Sometimes it will reconnect; most of the time, it will not. Great (and expensive) Polk speakers are useless because of this app. I would think Polk could find an app developer that could fix this. Until then, goodbye Polk....

First of all, these are WiFi vs Bluetooth speakers so you can’t just st connect via Bluetooth. Next, they only work through this app which is useless at tunes. I have been a Polk customer for years but I must admit that I’m extremely disappointed in these speakers because they simply don’t work...I never know from moment to moment whether or not I will get them to play. They disconnect frequently and their app format do not support most of my music via iTunes. They sound great when they do fine on but they are unreliable at best. I have three spread out through my house and half the time they simply won’t connect and play. Polk, please make these BLUETOOTH versus WiFi and they will be great. But for now, they are mere ornaments and decor in my house...

Terrible to set up then randomly stops working and takes forever to set back up. Wish I could return the speakers back

You have a q.w rating. You make nice speakers but can’t make an app. Time to hire somebody to do that. See 1 or 2 ratings means you aren’t selling Omni speakers because of your app. And there are zero 4 or 5.
