Trail numbers...4pt font

Wossor

I appreciate this app, works great for me but...why do you make the trail numbers so dang small? There is no way these are legible for anyone under 40.

Not connecting to other riders

Gonzo ABNRGR

This app isn’t bad, soon as you lose signal it goes out, also the app doesn’t connect to my 2019 ride command like the 2018 did, also the unit in the 2019 no longer support go pro?

Awesome

Harvestpride

This is awesome. Excited to see what they have for new updates. Negative feed back is good as they will use it to improve. Changed our whole dune experience. Would be nice to have direction up on the 2D map but my Aviation app does the same thing. Also have it always track and then Manual save vs other way. Thank you for this app!

Great idea

TJKochenderfer

Would be awesome if it wasn’t so glitchy

Help!

Leggo of my Eggo

This app keeps freezing and I need it right away! I need to ride to my location.

Love the app but freezes all the time

Matt_baker

Like I said love it but freezes all the time no matter what I use

Great app

CallODuty

Hands down the most useful app I've used while riding.

So close but needs a lot of work

Well just went out for a hard weekend back country riding and tried to use this app. First the good. IF you just ride the trails and there is cell service then this app is probably great. Let’s you see your friends location and mapping stuff should all work. Now for a back country rider, the bad. You can download the “offline” satellite imagery for the app to use and it does not show up all the time. Click the toggle sometimes it does and almost always it does not on the iPhone version. The Android version works better in this regard. The Android version always worked for mapping and satellite maps. This iOS version was terrible. Second the iOS version of the app would loose its login credentials in the middle of mapping a ride and now your SOL because there is no cell service to re login so you can not even see where you have been to get back out of where you were. Pull hair out dangerous!!! Clouds and snow moved in and we couldn’t see our way out of this area and thank goodness I was not the only one in our group mapping our way as we had to follow the Android version out. Now my next major complaint is the offline maps zoom level is terrible. The satellite view is so far zoomed out and granular that you can’t tell at all what is around the corner. You NEED to allow us to download imagery with a zoom level of 500ft for our areas. At times back country riding you need to see at that level to view if the trees have an opening or a meadow so we can get out of an area if we’re stuck. I guess us iOS users are stuck with seriously flawed and sub par apps for back country snowmobiling apps. Want a great app that I have used for years? Switch back to an Android phone and download backcountry navigator by crittermap software. It has a steep learning curve but it works always and has no logins to “loose” in the middle of a ride so your lost. It also allows you to download satellite imagery of the zoom level you need to actually navigate around in the back country.

What happened?

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the app for nearly 1.5 years. Sure there have been some updates that are glitchy, but it seems fixed on the next one. These last two updates have been horrible with this latest updated making the app useless as it won’t even open. The app immediately crashes. Major bummer and a huge disappointment for this weekend’s trail runs. Update: 5.2.6 is worthless, just whitescreens. Update: Feb 19, 2019... new offline map download is useless

Group rides!

Derpman69

Why do you have to have cell service to start and maintain group rides!? Our phones and rzr’s with the ride command system have Bluetooth. Why can’t we start a ride with that and then have it run off of gps after that. No where that I have ever taken my rzr has had reliable cell service, making the app and the group ride feature useless. It should be the main selling point of this system!
