Payed but no service

I just subscribed, it got billed to my credit card but i can’t get any content. Doesn’t even recognize my sign in info now on my phone app and on Roku it says I need to pay again. This is not good!

Can never sign in

I paid the subscription but every time I go to watch a video it has me sign in again. And so and so on. I’m sure it might be a good app if only I could get on it after paying them money

Tried purchasing a sub but it said there was an error however it charged me anyway and I still had locks on content. Went to website to purchase sub with paypal and everything is still locked. Charged twice and still can’t watch. I don’t have time to call or deal with shenanigans, just refund me please. Tired of this era of incomplete expensive tech, get it together. How embarrassing.

I purchased PokerGO to watch the content which I greatly enjoy. I bought on my AppleTV. It shows up in my purchases in my App Store subscriptions, however it won’t let me restore purchases successfully from my iPad, so I can’t watch on other devices. It also doesn’t allow me to figure out my password or reset it from my iPad. Since I’m now away from my Apple TV for a while, this subscription is useless to me. Will ask for a refund unless someone can help address this issue with me. Great content is there, but it’s such a pain to use, I’ll just find other poker content elsewhere. UPDATE - PokerGO contacted me and I was able to resolve the issue. The AppleTV signup didn’t require a password and I needed to reset the password to play on the iPad. The App still is not perfect (hard to surf), but the content is excellent and they honestly tried to help. Give it a try.

Love the content provided by PokerGo but y’all need SERIOUS help on the app and website front. I purchased a three month plan, and have yet been able to sign into my account neither on the app or on my laptop.

Great poker content but one of the worst app platforms I’ve seen. Very cluttered and clunky interface...impossible to see what you have and haven’t watched. Videos constantly freezing or dropping pictures so all you can do is hear audio. Apparently they just did a massive update but nothing has changed
