Pokergo is cool but having so much of the wsop not available (because of espn) is incredibly annoying.

Had a question about blackout restrictions. Called PG , a live person actually picked up the phone (Laura) and explained it to me. Much respect for a company who provides that level of service.

If you go to an area with bad service(work) try to open app it will show a message that says you are in a blackout area. Then when I go home where I have perfect service it will still show error message due to “blackout area” I’ve tried everything to fix it

I have been a subscriber since the beginning, and have really had hardly an issue with the app . Great people , great content .. in this new era of post black friday poker , a must have .. as far as "blackout areas" etc . They are very clear , when wsop is on espn vs poker go .. which I appreciate.. and it's very easy to navigate , use A+

App is great. Need quality commentators.

The action is well documented on the streaming video, but the childish banter and droll voices of Ali Nejad and Nick Schulman make the broadcast seem low class.

PokerGo is an absolute must for any serious lover of poker. Its content is varied and relevant and the commentators for their live events are top notch. Their customer service is also stellar with really good response time and an attitude that clearly communicates their commitment to serve the customer.

Blacked out!

I downloaded the app, subscribed, and tried to watch my 1st event the 3rd day if the final table. It wouldn’t allow me to watch saying that I’m blacked out in my area. Then I tried to watch a different event and the same blackout experience. What a rip off! Save your “free” month subscription and watch instead on ESPN.

I'm always hesitant to download new updates for apps and sure enough after downloading the update for PokerGo the other day it instantly crashes every time I try to load a video. Not sure if this happens to everyone but I'm not pleased at all.

Annoying Issue

If I’m watching on my iPad yesterday and then try on my AppleTV today I am told my account doesnt have access to the content. Only way I’ve found to fix it is to restart my AppleTV.
