I just gave up on this app. It seems like every month they kick you off and make you prove that you are a subscribing member. I think I would be fine with that if the restore purchases button worked but it never does and I’m tired of having to wait for their customer service to fix the account.

Won’t let me resume watching

Lots of poker to watch and enjoy, but if I stop in the middle of watching something the app doesn’t remember where I was so I can “resume” my viewing when I return. So I have to write down what I was watching and the time I stopped so I can shuttle to where I had been. I add things to my favorite file but even there it won’t remember where I was. I’m trying this for a month and if I can’t get this issue resolved I’ll find another way to watch poker.

For a short time there was some stuttering but for the past two months it’s perfect. Get games and terrific learning opportunity. The commentary is top shelf. The US open and all the Poker After Dark series are better than any poker TV ever. And I been watching poker on TV for 30 years. Any negative comments here are from non-poker players.

I had been looking forward to the heads up match between negreanu and hellmuth for a while. And I have dealt with the tons and tons of bugs with this app. But this is ridiculous. I’m trying to watch the match and I can’t start it from the beginning. And I don’t want to spoil it for myself. It’s so annoying. I’d love to have someone with common sense running this app

Hey guys. I downloaded a PokerGO yearly subscription to watch the WSOP Main Events. The content is fantastic, however it would be even better if it had a permanent sign in. I really appreciate the content you guys put into this app and look forward to watching more content in the future :)

So many issues with the app. Don’t know what I’ve already watched and don’t know where I am in continuing an episode. Not to mention all the bugs where an episode will black out video or cut out audio randomly. Videos randomly skip to minutes ahead of where I was. You would’ve thought they would’ve fixed these issues in time for the high stakes duels and whatnot... on top of that the subscription price is a bit hefty... don’t know why these things haven’t been fixed for years. Get on it guys. No one wants to pay for a broken product. And while it is great content, none of that matters if I can’t watch it properly.
