Wish the app could connect to my PDM so i could store, view and print my settings. Otherwise worthless for my needs.
So many login and follower issues

I keep trying to add myself as a follower on my kid’s Omnipod display app but when I type in the code I keep getting error messages. When the app works I like it but 90% of the time there is some kind of problem.
Not user friendly

The app is ok, but not user friendly. Does not allow you to save password in iPhone passwords, does not allow touch or Face ID. I can’t change my payment information without calling. Omnipod needs to catch up with the technology.
Needs to show receipts.
Cogs hustlers
It’s fine for ordering and paying, but doesn’t show receipts of payment.

If you have an issue with the app you must call the 800 number.if you have to add a payment option must call the 800 number. I don’t understand why have an app if I have to call anyways. There is no where to request replacement pods or help with trouble shooting. PodderCentral needs a serious update to be in accordance with life in 2021
Very limited functionality

I can’t even add a credit card to pay the bill! I always have to call in…and as someone who is at work during their business hours, it is really a pain. Never thought paying a bill could be made so tricky

Customer service keeps telling me I can report failed pods through app, but if it’s there, I couldn’t find it even after clicking everything- also couldn’t get it to register new pdm - error message saying call customer support which defeats the purpose , and FaceId can’t be set up - sends me to settings, but it’s not an option (works on other apps - so it’s something about their interface with Apple and/or really just isn’t an option) Easy to pay bills though, so that’s what I use it for

Every time I login to order pods, it says call Insulit. What a joke. I thought this app was supposed to make reordering convenient
Generally not useful.

Features such as order history and order tracking do not work, and still require me to call Insulet. The only thing that works is bill pay…

The website says I need to be invited or request invitation I keep trying to register for the first time and it won’t let me it keeps telling me to please check other emails. As if I already have an account. I’m registering for the first time and there’s nothing about requesting a profile. So frustrating! now I need to take time out of my day to call them for something that should be simple. Why do we need to be invited? That’s so strange everyone who has an Omnipod should be able to use the app.
