App not working

App worked fine on my iPhone 8 for about 3 days. Now after logging in nothing shows on screen. Not happy, please update app.

Touch log in would be excellent. The ability to download copies of invoices/bills for submission to insurance or FSA would also be big.

The app needs some updates to its features. I would like to see a touch login, be able to add a credit card on the app for bill pay instead of logging in through the desktop site. In addition, I would like to be able to view past invoices.


Communication

i hate omnipod

Communication is terrible! I got an email stating my order would be sent out the week of September 26th. I never got my pods or any communication from Omnipod that they needed info fri my insurance company. I talked with some last week as I had one pod left and got 2 pods via fedex lam now again on my last pod but got no feedback that they are still trying to get authorization from my insurance company. They are sending me again 2 emergency pods that I will get tomorrow. So what happens tonight if my pod fails? I am almost ready to switch to Medtronic!!!!

The app will certainly let you pay your bill and I think that’s what it’s mostly for, if I try to reorder I never get a confirmation email and have to call in the order anyway. Customer services says they are sorry about that


I loaded it to do ‘one job’.

....order refills. After jumping through all the ordering ‘hoops’ it tells me my order is not complete, they are sending me a confirmation email. The email never arrives. I’ve updated my email in case that was the problem, re-ordered, still waiting for a confirmation. May as well delete the app and order by phone. (Which I’ve learned is not a 24/7 operation) Update: I deleted the app for about 4 months and reinstalled it. Then I placed an order for Pods and so far the process is working, I haven’t gotten the Pods yet but have been notified they are on the way. So far it’s doing its ’one job’.


Not happy with app

I dislike this app because even after four calls to Insulet Customer Service, I cannot synch my PDM with DASH cloud. I wanted to give this a one star rating but kept getting told, "This nickname is taken. Enter another and try again." It makes me believe Insulet does not want any honest criticism.

Should be able to replace pods on the app. The phone calls are long and tedious.

This app is garbage. I’ve never had so many problems trying to pay my bill or order supplies. Also, the fact that I have to sign in every time is ridiculous!
